Who operates this service

The operator of outbid.digital controls the data described in this notice. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@outbid.digital.

Information we process

• Listing data: submitted and normalized URLs, domains, publicly available webpage titles and descriptions, placement amounts, and ranking timestamps. Active listing information is published on the leaderboard.
• Payment records: internal order identifiers, provider payment identifiers, US-dollar price, charge amount, selected payment method or crypto network, status, and timestamps. We receive payment-status updates from our checkout providers but do not receive or store complete card numbers, bank credentials, or wallet private keys.
• Traffic data: your IP address and browser user-agent are combined with a private salt and converted into a one-way visitor hash. We store the hash, first/last-seen times, hourly click events, and aggregate counts to measure live users and limit repeated counting. Hosting and security providers may also process ordinary request logs.
• Device preference: your light/dark theme choice is saved locally in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To create card, bank, or crypto checkout, confirm completed payments, publish rankings, redirect listing visits, prevent manipulation, and provide live audience statistics.
• To secure the service, investigate abuse, resolve payment issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Where applicable, processing is based on performing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, consent where required, and legal obligations.

Hosted checkout and public blockchains

PocketsFlow hosts card and bank checkout and independently processes buyer contact, billing, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and transaction information under its own policies. NOWPayments hosts crypto invoices and independently processes wallet addresses, transaction hashes, assets, networks, amounts, exchange details, IP address, device information, and payment status. Blockchain transactions are public and may remain permanently visible outside our control. outbid.digital receives the status and identifiers needed to apply a paid placement but does not store complete card or bank credentials.

Service providers and international transfers

Cloudflare-powered OpenAI Sites provides hosting and database infrastructure. PocketsFlow provides hosted card and bank checkout, tax calculation, and payment-status services. NOWPayments provides hosted crypto checkout and payment-status services. Wallets, blockchain networks, and other infrastructure providers may also process transaction data. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices and may process information in countries other than yours.

Sharing and sale

We share information only as needed to operate checkout, hosting, security, analytics described above, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

Placement, order, and listing records are retained while needed to operate the leaderboard, handle disputes, and meet financial or legal requirements. Visitor hashes and detailed click events are retained only while useful for fraud prevention and audience measurement; aggregate statistics may be kept longer. We use access controls, hashing, and managed infrastructure, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email privacy@outbid.digital; we may need enough information to verify and locate your record.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18 or under the legal age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product or law changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
