The agreement
behind every placement.

1. The service

outbid.digital operates a public paid promotional leaderboard. Listings are ordered by completed placement amount, with older payments winning equal-amount ties. A position is not permanent and may change whenever another payment is completed.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority where you live, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You may use only a payment method or cryptocurrency you are authorized to spend. By submitting a URL, brand, or handle, you confirm that you are authorized to promote it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.

3. Pricing and hosted checkout

• Placement amounts are displayed in whole US dollars. Supported card, bank, and cryptocurrency options are shown at checkout and can vary by location, amount, provider availability, asset, and network.
• PocketsFlow hosts card and bank checkout. Taxes, billing details, supported methods, receipts, disputes, and any additional amount due are displayed and handled through that checkout under the applicable PocketsFlow terms and privacy policy.
• NOWPayments hosts crypto checkout and supplies available assets and networks, live minimums, deposit address, and crypto amount. Crypto quotes may use a floating exchange rate and can change with market and blockchain conditions.
• Wallet, blockchain, conversion, and provider fees may apply. You are responsible for sending the exact asset, network, amount, memo, or destination tag shown on the invoice.
• When using crypto checkout, you also agree to the applicable NOWPayments terms and privacy notice.

4. When a placement becomes active

• Starting checkout, entering payment details, or broadcasting a crypto transfer does not reserve a rank. A placement activates only after the relevant provider reports successful completion and our system applies it.
• The board may change while payment is pending. Your paid amount receives the position available when it is processed.
• Raising the same canonical listing charges only the difference between its current placement amount and the new amount.
• Failed, disputed, reversed, underpaid, overpaid, delayed, wrong-network, expired, or partial payments may require provider review and will not activate a placement unless they reach the required completed status.

5. Finality, refunds, and taxes

Cryptocurrency transfers are normally irreversible and do not support card-style chargebacks. Completed placements are generally final. We consider duplicate or erroneous payments and any refund required by law case by case; an approved refund may be made in cryptocurrency and may be reduced by non-recoverable network or provider fees. Removal for a rule violation does not restore a rank. You are responsible for determining and paying taxes that apply to your payment, cryptocurrency disposal, or use of the service.

6. Listings and acceptable use

You must follow the Rules. We may normalize URLs, remove query strings, block unsafe destinations, reject content, suspend traffic, or remove listings to protect visitors and the service. Do not manipulate traffic, probe the service, interfere with other users, or use the platform unlawfully.

7. Promotional results

A placement provides promotional visibility, not a performance guarantee. We do not promise any number of impressions, visits, customers, revenue, search ranking, or other commercial result.

8. Third-party services and blockchains

PocketsFlow, NOWPayments, banks, card networks, wallet providers, blockchain networks, exchanges, and linked websites are independent third parties. Their availability, security, rates, confirmations, compliance checks, disputes, and decisions are outside our control. Public blockchain records may be permanent. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address, asset, network, memo, destination tag, or action taken outside outbid.digital.

9. Availability and liability

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features and may correct obvious ranking or payment errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent data retention, or the continued availability of any external destination. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
