The agreement
behind every bid.
Effective August 22, 2026. By accessing outbid.digital or completing a bid, you agree to these Terms and the Rules.
1. The service
outbid.digital operates a public promotional leaderboard. Listings are ordered by completed bid amount, with older bids winning equal-amount ties. Placement is not permanent and may change whenever another bid is completed.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use a valid payment method. By submitting a URL, brand, or handle, you confirm that you are authorized to promote it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.
3. Bids and payments
- Bids use whole US dollars, subject to the minimum, maximum, and #1 increment described in the Rules.
- Checkout does not reserve a rank. The board may change before payment completes, and your amount will receive the rank available when it is processed.
- Raising the same canonical listing charges only the difference between its current bid and the new amount.
- Processed bids are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate or erroneous charge. Removal for a rule violation does not restore rank.
- Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider terms may also apply.
4. Listings and acceptable use
You must follow the Rules. We may normalize URLs, remove query strings, block unsafe destinations, reject content, suspend traffic, or remove listings to protect visitors and the service. Do not manipulate clicks, probe the service, interfere with other users, or use the platform unlawfully.
5. Traffic statistics
Traffic figures are best-effort measurements, not guarantees. Automated user agents and repeated visits may be filtered. We do not promise any number of impressions, clicks, customers, revenue, search ranking, or other commercial result.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features and may correct obvious ranking or billing errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent data retention, or that every external destination remains reachable.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from rankings, traffic, third-party sites, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to legal@outbid.digital. We may update these Terms prospectively; continued use after publication means you accept the revised version.
